Even his granddaughter, his daughter&#039;s daughter <strong data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"296\">Ia\u00e7\u00e3<\/strong>, was not spared.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"185\" data-end=\"261\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Desolate, Ia\u00e7\u00e3 cried out to <strong data-start=\"24\" data-end=\"32\">Tup\u00e3<\/strong>, god of thunder, for a solution. One night, she heard a child crying in the forest, followed it to a palm tree, and found her baby, who quickly disappeared. At dawn, she was found dead at the foot of the same tree, her expression serene. Her eyes were fixed on the dark fruit above.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"339\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The palm tree was laden with black berries that revealed a thick, nutritious juice.
